The short version: subscriptions renew automatically, you can cancel anytime, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't give partial refunds. Try a free sample week first. Website setup fees are non-refundable once work starts, and Grand Opening has a 12-month minimum. Full details are in our Terms of Service, which control if anything here conflicts.

Free sample week
Not sure a List fits your territory? Ask for one free sample week for your industry and area before subscribing. You don't need a card, and nothing renews. Email [email protected].
How to cancel
- Use the billing portal link in any receipt or delivery email, or email [email protected] from your account email. We will confirm the cancellation by email.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and you won't be charged again.
- To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your billing portal.
Lead-list subscriptions
- No partial refunds for unused days, weeks, or months, or for mid-period downgrades. Upgrades take effect right away, and Stripe prorates the difference.
- Our mistakes. If a delivery fails or is materially broken because of our error (for example, a missing file or the wrong territory), tell us within 14 days. We will re-deliver or credit that week.
- Source outages. If a government source stops publishing and we can't deliver your plan's core coverage for a full billing period, we will credit or refund that period, or let you switch plans.
- Coverage that is "coming soon" or waitlisted is never charged until it goes live.
Website services
- Launch and Pro setup fees ($351 / $703) are refundable in full if you cancel before work starts. Once work starts (we begin discovery or design after your onboarding details, or deliver a first draft or "coming soon" page), the setup fee is non-refundable.
- Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are not refunded for partial months.
- Grand Opening has no setup fee and a 12-month minimum term. If you cancel before the 12 months are up, you owe an early-termination fee equal to the lesser of the monthly fees remaining in the term or $703. After 12 months, you can cancel any month without a fee.
- After you cancel, your site stays live through the paid period, then goes offline. We keep a backup for 30 days. If you're paid in full, we'll give you your content and a static export of your site on request during that window. See Terms §10.
Exceptions, chargebacks & the law
- If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, we will refund the incorrect charge.
- Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues are fixed faster that way.
- Nothing in this policy limits any refund right that applicable law gives you.
